Verification of Individual Account
Step 1:
If you log in to the APP, a pop-up window reminding you of account verification will appear on the following pages ([Summary], [Dashboard], [Worker], [Profit] under the homepage, and [Sub-account] under [Mine]). Only after the user's identity verification is successful, the pop-up window will disappear.
Click "Go verify" to go to the "Security Setting" page;
Step 2:
The entry is [Account Verification], and the status here might be like this: Go verify, Profile to be completed (only for institutional account), Under Review, Failed, Succeeded and Account Verification Expired. Click "Account Verification" to jump to the corresponding status page;
Step 3:
Take the Failed page as an example:
Click "Contact us" to jump to the online customer service page, and click "Reverify" to jump to the account verification page;

1. [Account Type] : Choose one from personal and company
2. Description of restricted countries (1. United Nations sanctions 2. Capital and bank sanctions 3. Mainland China 4. Us sanctions 5. Singapore sanctions) : Cayman Islands, Panama, Philippines, Korea, Myanmar, Iran, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Syria, Haiti, Turkey, Tanzania, South Sudan, Yemen, United Arab Emirates, Uganda, Barbados, Jordan, Jamaica, Kingdom of Morocco, Albania, Kingdom of Cambodia, Burkina Faso, Mali, Senegal, Gibraltar, Mozambique, Russia, Cuba, Iran, Syria, Afghanistan, the Balkans, Belarus, Central African Republic, Ethiopia, Mainland China, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Nicaragua, Somalia, Sudan and Darfur, Venezuela, Zimbabwe, ISIL and Al Qaeda, North Korea.

a. Restricted nationality & Restricted country of residence: Proof of residence in non-restricted country is not required;
b. Restricted nationality & non-restricted country of residence: Proof of residence in non-restricted areas is required;
c. Nationality is not restricted, country of residence is not restricted: Proof of residence in non-restricted areas is not required;
d. Nationality is not restricted, country of residence is restricted : proof of residence in the non-restricted areas is not required;
4. [Date of birth] : Adult required;
Step 5:
Description of [ID Photo] :
Choose one of passport and ID card, and take photos after clicking.
Step 6:
Description
Click [Start recognition] to take photos in real time. After the photos are taken, the system will automatically submit the filled information;
When the loading circle is completed, it means that the submission is successful.
After successful submission, the page jumps to the [Under Review] page;
