Interface for New Users
Verification of Institutional Account:
Step 1:
If you log in to the APP, a pop-up window reminding you of account verification will appear on the following pages ([Summary], [Dashboard], [Worker], [Profit] under the homepage, and [Sub-account] under [Mine]). Only after the user's identity verification is successful, the pop-up window will disappear.
Click "Go verify" to go to the "Security Setting" page;
Step 2:
The entry is [Account Verification], and the status here might be like this: Go verify, Profile to be completed (only for institutional account), Under Review, Failed, Succeeded and Account Verification Expired. Click " Account Verification " to jump to the corresponding status page:
Step 3:
Take the Failed page as an example:
Click "Contact us" to jump to the online customer service page, and click "Reverify" to jump to the account verification page:
Step 4: [Business license expire date] : Choose one from Forever and Time limit
Step 5: Click [Next], the page jumps to the [Profile to be completed] page;
At the same time, the user receives an email with information to be completed;
Step 6:
Email instructions for enterprise users
1. The email address for receiving enterprise user information is kyc@antpool.com (for security reasons, the contents of this email address will be deleted regularly)
2. Requirements for institutional users: (kyc review will fail if the document is not sent as required)
- Quantity: One
- Format: Compressed package
3. After sending the email, be sure to click "I have sent". At this time, the page status will jump to the page "Under Review";
