Rejected shares refer to hashrates that your miner failed to submit to the mining pool due to factors such as network fluctuations.
The rejection rate is the proportion of the rejected shares number to the total number of accepted shares submitted by the miner. The smaller the rate, the higher the efficiency of the miners.
It is normal to have a rejection rate of less than 1%. This rejection rate can be calculated.
If your rejection rate is higher than 1%, it is recommended that you do the following:
1. Power off and restart your miners
If you have a huge number of miners in your mining facility, you can use APMinerTool to batch manage your miners.
2. Check your network
If all of the miners connected to the same router or switch have abnormal rejection rate, it is recommended to check the whole network and replace the router or switch.
If one specific miner has abnormal rejection rate, it is recommended to replace the network cable and network port that the miner is connected to.
