BTM Mining

A detailed tutorial to mine BTM with AntMiner (B3)

BTM is mined using the AI-friendly algorithm called Tensority. Using B3 as an example, we will demonstrate the operational process of mining BTM with our AntMiner.

1.   ANTPOOL account registration and configuration

For details, please refer to "FAQ——Account Registration"

2.    Install the miner, connect miner with a network cable and turn on the power (the voltage needs to be around 210v-230v; 1M bandwidth can carry about 200 miners; the local network should be more stable)

3.   Retrieve miner’s IP

1)   To download miner IP reporter software, please click on the link:

2)   Download “IP-reporter”. Requirement: Miner must be connected with a network cable and powered on; your computer and your miner needs to be in the same IP range (For example, miner’s IP is 192.168.0.2; computer’s IP is 192.168.0.67 is considered being in the same IP range). 4.   Set static IP for miners

1)    If you own more than three miners, we would like to recommend that you set static IP for your miners to better manage them.

3)    Download “Worker IP Configuration Tools V1.0”. Follow the manual for detailed operation process (Hint: If a warning pops up during download, please turn off the anti-virus software on your computer. This software is completely safe.)       

4)    Log in to miner backend

1)   After you have retrieve your miner IP address using IP reporter tool, open the browser on your computer (Chrome or Firefox is preferred, and the computer needs to be in the same IP range), enter the found IP into the address bar of the browser, and proceed to login using root for both the username and password.

5.   Connect to ANTPOOL and set up miners

1)    stratum server address: (can be found in the bottom right corner of ANTPOOL website)

①stratum-btm.antpool.com:6666

②stratum-btm.antpool.com:443

③stratum-btm.antpool.com:25

2)    Set up miners and connect to ANTPOOL (worker name is sub-account name + suffix, 

for example, sub-account: always; the first miner is named: always.01, the second miner: always.02... and so on)

3)   Fill in the three stratum server addresses to miner backend (recommended to enter only one miner name for the three server addresses, password can be 123). Click “Save & Apply” to run the miner.

4)    Keep miner running for about 10 minutes; check miner’s hashrate, temperature and other parameters under miner status from miner backstage

(Note: As long as one of the three stratum server addresses is live, the connection would be ok. If the primary server is offline, miner will automatically switch to the second address and this does not impact your earnings.)

Parameters under Miner Status:

A: Operation time          

B: Miner hash rate

C: Pool connection status, “Alive” means connected

D: Error rate, normally lower than 0.03%

E: Number of Hash boards     

F: Number of chips detected in the chain

G: ASIC frequency setting

H: Hash rate of each hash board  

I: Hash board temperature  

J: ASIC temperature

K: ASIC status, “O” indicates OK; “X” indicates error; “-” indicates dead  

L: Fan speed

5)    Keep miner running for about 10 minutes, check miner’s hashrate in AntPool

6.   Earnings and payment

1)    ANTPOOL provides daily payouts. Once your earning reaches the minimum payment amount, payouts will be sent to your wallet automatically. (BTM default minimum payout amount is 5. This amount can be managed by you.)

2)  Payment will be sent to the wallet you set up on ANTPOOL. You can check the payment in your wallet or view your payment history under “Dashboard”– “Payment History” on ANTPOOL. (Paying: payment is being process; Paid: payment completed, tokens sent to your wallet)

(If you did not set up a wallet address, your earnings will be kept in your account balance.)

Note：Please make sure to use a valid wallet address for mining. AntPool will not be responsible for any loss of earnings caused by wrong wallet configuration.
